    Tips

    Build a manual in slot order

    Cover, specification, safety, operation, maintenance, drawings. Empty slots are skipped, so a short pack still comes out in plant order.

    Keep A3 and A4 on their own sheets

    A drawing set can mix sizes. Align orientation does not rescale paper. It only turns pages that were fed the other way through the scanner.

    Pick the turn direction for title blocks

    90° and 270° both swap portrait and landscape, but the title block ends up on opposite edges. Choose clockwise or counter-clockwise, preview, then apply.

    Print to PDF before you merge forms

    Fillable fields and unsaved mark-up can shift once pages sit in a new file. Print to PDF from the source viewer if the pack must match what you already signed off.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Does this tool keep a copy of my PDF?
    No. The file is held in server memory only while the job runs. When the download starts, that memory is released. There is no history and no disk copy.
    What are the size limits?
    50 MB per file, 100 MB per request, and at most 20 files on merge. Equipment-manual slots that you leave empty are skipped and do not count against the job.
    Can I open a password-protected PDF?
    No. Remove the password in your own viewer and save a copy first. This page never asks for a password.
    Does rotate redraw the page or run text recognition?
    Neither. It only changes the page rotation flag. Align orientation uses the page box and that flag — not the ink on the scan. Upside-down pages that are already portrait stay portrait until you turn them 180° by hand.
    What happens to mixed A3 and A4 drawings?
    Paper size is left as-is. Align orientation only turns pages that do not already match the orientation you pick, so title blocks land the same way.
    Is there a watermark?
    No. The download is only the pages you asked for.
